We are looking to promote inclusivity and a safe space.

• An opportunity to discover different strategies and ways to approach development amongst black boys & men. Working side by side as the mentors listen to the brothers desire, drive, and execution. Then the mentors have the chance, to offer their personal, professional, or researched expertise knowledge.

• This is a way for the boys & young men to learn what realistic careers or college classrooms are like, while also bringing awareness to those living the day-to-day life, how the community or kids are currently working, and understanding to provide the most beneficial help.
